How will I know when my transfer is complete?
We’ll send you an email once we’ve received all the investments and any cash from your previous provider, and your transfer is complete.
In the meantime, it’s easy to check the progress of your transfer. Just log in to your account and in the ‘My account’ menu, click ‘Transfers’.
