Do I need new log in details to use the apps?
No, you don’t. You can log in to our mobile apps using the username, password and security question you created when you opened your account. These log in details will be the same for our mobile apps as for our website.
Another way to log in to our mobile apps is by using TouchID or FaceID (on iOS), or fingerprint authentication (on Android). This allows access to your account in ‘read-only’ mode – you’ll need to enter your full credentials if you’d like to place a deal, top up or send a secure message.
Forgotten your password or the answer to your security question? Just go to the log in screen on the website, enter your username and click ‘I’ve forgotten my password’, or ‘I’ve forgotten the answer to my security question’ and follow the instructions to reset them.
