Our customer support teams will send you secure messages to give you updates. You’ll get a secure message when we’ve posted a contract note, dividend or corporate action message to your account. We’ll also send you an email, informing you about the secure message.
You can send secure messages to us. Just log in to your account, click ‘secure messages’ on the ‘My account’ menu, and click ‘New message’. Once you’ve written your message, click ‘Submit’.
Secure messages are a great way to ask questions about your account and deal with queries. However, they shouldn’t be used to send us dealing instructions.
