How do I start to access my SIPP?

You'll need to log in to your account online and select 'Access my pension' from the 'My account' menu. This page contains all the information you need to access your pension.

If you request a lump sum payment, we’ll calculate the amount and pay it to you 5-10 working days after we've received all the information we need from you. This includes a completed benefit form, evidence of age and successfully verified bank details. You also need to make sure you have enough cash for the lump sum payment – otherwise it could be delayed.

If you request a regular income, we’ll set it up and let you know as soon as it’s ready. Regular income payments go out on a fixed date, which is the 10th of the month – or the next working day, if the 10th falls on a weekend. Either way, payments should reach your account within 3 working days.
