Pick up in London property market could boost housebuilder

Tuesday 6 December Deutsche Bank says there is anecdotal evidence that overseas buyers are returning to the London property market, buoyed by sterling’s devaluation. This would be good news for London-focused housebuilder Berkeley ( BKG ) leading into its half results on 2 December.
