UK final April manufacturing PMI slumps to 32.6, says IHS Markit

The UK manufacturing purchasing managers' index slumped to 32.6 in April, according to a 'final' reading from IHS Markit.

The fall was deeper than a decline to 32.9 reported in the initial 'flash' reading for April, and down from 47.8 in March.
