IQGeo wins contract from one of Japan's largest power providers

IQGeo said it had won a new contract from one of Japan's largest power providers.

This customer worked with IQGeo, and its partner NESIC, to implement its geospatial platform and restore power to homes affected by the category 4 Typhoon Faxai in Eastern Japan in September, the company said.

The rapid deployment exercise had led to IQGeo winning a contract to roll out the platform to an initial 500 users, making this latest win IQGeo's largest customer in Japan, it added
