Iofina said it had completed the incorporation and launch of a subsidiary company IofinaEX Global.
IofinaEX Global would specialise in the production of Hemp derived products in Central America and the Caribbean for export into the United States and internationally, the company said.
'IofinaEX Global looks forward to working alongside a Government that is keen to develop its country as the hub for the exportation of Hemp derived products in Central America and the Caribbean. We will be making further announcements on our progress in due course,' the company said.
