Anglo African Oil & Gas completes planned capital raising

Anglo African Oil & Gas said it had completed a planned fundraising for up to for up to £8.25m.

The raising comprised a placing of shares to to Miton Asset Management at 5.2p each, raising £2,56m.

It also involved an investor sharing agreement between the company, AY II PN and Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC.

Anglo African said there was no guarantee that it would receive all of the investment sharing agreement proceeds.

At 2:18pm: (LON:AAOG) Anglo African Oil Gas Plc Ord 5p share price was +0.2p at 4.3p
