RentGuarantor Holdings PLC said on Friday it entered into a public relations consultancy agreement with BlytheRay Ltd on Monday.
The agreement is for corporate public relation services to assist RentGuarantor in communicating with new and existing shareholders.
The London-based rent guarantee services provider did not disclose the financial details of the agreement.
‘We're delighted to have appointed BlytheRay who will assist our company in communicating with the wider investment audience, extending the brand and reach of RentGuarantor on a corporate level, increasing interest and potential liquidity in the company,’ said Chief Executive Paul Foy.
BlytheRay is a London-based communications agency.
Shares in RentGuarantor were untraded on Friday in London, last quoted at 182.5 pence.
