Indivior's former CEO Shaun Thaxter faces jail time after guilty plea

Drug company Indivior said that Shaun Thaxter, its former chief executive officer, was sentenced in a US court on Thursday after pleading guilty to one misdemeanor count related to sales of opioid addiction treatments.

The separate agreement between the group and the government that was announced on July 24 remains unchanged and is subject to approval by a federal judge at a hearing currently scheduled for November 12.
