Sports Direct International chief executive Mike Ashley continued to criticse Goals Soccer Centres over its handling of an accounting error in its books.

Sky News on Monday reported that Goals had handed a dossier to the UK's Serious Fraud Office.

Ashley said the action reported by Sky was 'far too little too late' and 'and is a deliberate case of closing the stable door well after the horse has bolted'.

Sports Direct is a substantial shareholder of Goals and had recently considered making a takeover bid for the company.
