Nu-Oil and Gas said it had returned the equity it had held in Enegi Oil to that company, with immediate effect.
The move continued the implementation of changes to create a new direction for the company, announced earlier this month.
'As a result of this action, Nu-Oil will have no further claim or call on Enegi and, furthermore, it restricts the recourse to Nu-Oil of potential claims made against Enegi,' Nu-Oil and Gas said.
