Diploma's Nigel Lingwood to retire as finance director

Diploma said Nigel Lingwood had informed the company that he planned to retire as finance director.

Lingwood would remain with the company for a period of 12 months to allow a thorough search process to take place and a smooth transition of responsibilities, the company said.
