Mobile Streams to de-list from AIM, become a private company

Mobile entertainment content provider Mobile Streams said it would seek approval from its shareholders to cancel trading of its shares and become a private company.

The company said it was unlikely to complete a public markets transaction and that the the scale of the business was no longer appropriate for that of a publicly-quoted company and the associated listing fees.

The general meeting would be held on 30 September in London.
