Kibo Energy said it had signed a collaboration agreement with engineering company Steag Energy Service.
The strategic partnership would see the companies cooperate to further develop and advance Kibo's energy portfolio in Africa.
Steag's portfolio included power generation technology including amongst others fossil fuel and renewable energies.
'Steag is a world class international role player in the energy sector, not only in Germany, but across the globe,' chief executive STEAG said.
'We are pleased to have the confidence of Steag which is testament to the progress and value proposition of the Kibo Energy project portfolio.'
