MTI Wireless Edge acquires 50% of Parkland Australia

Communications and radio frequency group MTI Wireless Edge said a subsidiary had agreed to acquire 50% of re-seller Parkland Australia for up to A$0.8m ($0.6m).

Parkland Australia's revenue for the year ended June 30, 2018 was A$2.1m, while its pre-tax profit was A$0.2m.

With seven employees, the company provided MTI with a platform to incrase increase its recurring revenue from service and maintenance of water control systems.
