Equipmake Holdings PLC - Norfolk, England-based developer of electrification solutions for the automotive, aerospace, marine, construction and bus markets - Names Anthony Ratcliffe as chief financial officer and company secretary, with effect from April 22. He will take over from Steven McGillivray, who is stepping down from his position as CFO with immediate effect, but will provide support over the next six months. Ratcliffe was most recently CFO at SourceBio International PLC, a provider of laboratory services.
Chief Executive Officer Ian Foley says: ‘Combined with the recent appointment of Nick Moelders as chief operating officer, Tony’s appointment further strengthens our board as we grow our market presence and increase our impact as a rapidly scaling, global electrification technology company, with a growing roster of customers.’
