Power Metal Resources PLC - metals exploration company focused in North America, Africa and Australia - Signs agreement with consulting geologist David Knopf to explore uranium prospects in Togo, West Africa.

Also plans to establish a wholly-owned operating subsidiary in Togo, to act as a holding company for Togo uranium interests.

Notes, should David Knopf find any suitable targets, it will have to pay €100,000 in cash and €200,000 in shares should it mine the target.

Current stock price: 0.99 pence, down 12% on Wednesday
