Countryside Partnerships PLC - Essex-based operative builders company - Signs a joint venture deal with London-based housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. Under the contract, the two will regenerate the Clapham Park Estate in the south London borough of Lambeth.

The project has a gross development value of around £1 billion and will deliver at least 2,482 homes across 17 sites. 53% of the homes will be for affordable tenures, Countryside adds. ‘Upon completion, Clapham Park, which spans 36 hectares and is nestled between three local centres – Clapham, Brixton and Streatham Hill – will comprise over 4,000 homes, with first completions expected in 2024,’ the company says.
