Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - gold miner with operations in Armenia and assets in Kyrgyzstan - Mines 163,652 tonnes of ore in the first quarter of 2022, up 9.8% against the previous year's figure of 149,102 tonnes. Total production of gold equivalent ounces declines 6.9% to 15,266 ounces from 16,174 ounces the previous year. Company says production was lower due to reduced third-party processing and lower-grade ore being mined. Adds that the conflict in Ukraine and the associated sanctions with Russia have had minimal impact on its operations.
