| Biography | Robert (Ted) Holmes is Head of European Equities at UBS Asset Management. In this role he is responsible for Core European Equity portfolio construction and research and, since June 2010, oversight of other European Core/Value Equity strategies. Ted transferred to the European Equity team at the beginning of 2008 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and was appointed Head of European Equities in March 2008. Prior to transferring to the European Equity team, Ted was one of the firm’s most senior and experienced analysts in the US team. His main focus was on technology stocks where he built a strong track record in analyzing and selecting companies across the sector. Ted has also played a pivotal role in establishing and defining standards across the global research platform. Ted joined UBS Asset Management in 1997 having previously worked as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Ted is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the CFA Institute. |
