Investment Objective

The objective of the Old Mutual US Equity Income Fund is to seek to achieve asset growth through investment in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related securities. The Old Mutual US Equity Income Fund will seek to achieve a higher dividend yield than the broader US equity market. The portfolio will be constructed to ensure that the weighted average expected yield of the portfolio is greater than that of the broader US equity market, while some of the individual stocks within the portfolio may not pay any dividend. The securities in which the Old Mutual US Equity Income Fund may invest shall include ordinary shares or common stock, ADRs, GDRs, preference shares and warrants provided that investments in warrants shall not comprise more than 5 % of the Net Asset Value of the Old Mutual US Equity Income Fund. Up to 25% of the Net Asset Value of the Old Mutual US Equity Income Fund may be invested in the securities of non-US issuers at any one time.
