Investment Objective

The objective of the Cavendish Asia Pacific Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund will invest mainly in a diversified portfolio of equities within the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan but incorporating Australia. The Fund is likely to have a bias towards the shares of medium and larger-sized companies, although it will not be restricted in its choice of company, either by size, market capitalisation or industry. If considered appropriate the Fund may also invest in other markets as specified in the Prospectus and in other assets including government and public securities, other debt instruments other transferable securities, cash and near cash, deposits and money market instruments. Derivative instruments may be used to manage exposure to risk, reduce cost, or for the generation of income.
