Tertiary Minerals sources loan from Bergen Global Opportunity Fund

Tertiary Minerals said it had secured an investment of up to £622k by way of convertible securities.

The funding was provided by US-based Bergen Global Opportunity Fund.

The company said the capital would go towards the planned exploration programmes on its recently-acquired Pyramid gold and Paymaster polymetallic projects in Nevada.
