The security of your personal information on the app

Nothing is more important to us than keeping your personal information secure. That's why our app uses exactly the same high level of security as our website. All information sent and received via the app is passed securely over 256 bit encryption.

• We won't gather or use information from your mobile device, or pass it to third parties, without your prior consent.
• When you choose to log in using biometrics, we'll remember your username. Your username will be pre-filled every time you navigate back to the app, but hidden until you use biometrics. To clear this information from your app, just log out. We'll then create a 'key' that represents your username. This key is encrypted and stored on your mobile device, but only accessible via biometrics. When you log in, we'll ask for your biometrics and use your stored key to authenticate you against our servers. So if you lost your mobile device, you can be confident your log in details couldn't be accessed from it.
