It funds major projects through PPP Investments and provides facilities management for its constructed buildings. It generates the most revenue from the building segment. The company construction business predominantly works in the public and regulated sectors as well as with major private companies. These sectors include health, education, and defense. Within its infrastructure business, it works on road, rail, airport, water, and flood alleviation projects. They enter into five different types of contracts with clients: fixed-price, cost-plus, target cost, frameworks, and long-term private finance.
