Investment Objective

The Fund is a feeder fund of Invesco Perpetual Income Fund, a sub-fund of Invesco Perpetual UK 2 Investment Series* incorporated in England and Wales (the “Master”). The Fund’s objective is to achieve a reasonable level of income, together with capital growth by investing at least 85% of its assets in the Master which invests primarily in shares of companies in the United Kingdom but may include some international and unlisted investments. The Fund intends to be normally fully invested in the Master (with a maximum of 15% of its net assets being invested in cash & cash equivalents). The Master may use derivatives to manage the fund more efficiently, with the aim of reducing risk, minimizing costs or generating additional capital or income. The Fund is not constrained by a benchmark. *Effective 1 October 2018 Invesco Perpetual Income Fund was renamed the fund name changed to Invesco Income Fund (UK) and Invesco Perpetual UK 2 Investment Series was renamed Invesco UK 2 Investment Series.
