Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to seek income and longterm capital appreciation through real estate investment in the European Economic Area (excluding the UK) and Switzerland. The investment policy is to invest in commercial Immovable real estate, together with real estate related listed securities, whose investments and activities are principally based within the European Economic Area (excluding the UK) and Switzerland.
