Investment Objective

The investment objective of the portfolio is to seek long term capital appreciation through Shariah compliant investments made primarily in equities of companies that are contained in the S&P Pan Arab Composite Shariah Index (the "Index"). The index includes equities from issuers located in countries of Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates ("MENA").
