Investment Objective

The manager seeks to help to construct a widely diversified portfolio of small, medium and large capitalization shares from a variety of industries in Japan. The Sub-Fund may hold on an ancillary basis liquid assets (cash) for not more than 10% of its total assets. This Sub-Fund invests broadly in public listed Japanese common shares. All of its total assets shall at all times be invested in companies having their seat in Japan or exercising their preponderant economic activities in that country.
