If you’ve lost or damaged the phone you used to set up two-factor authentication, you can still log in to your account.
To do so, you need to use one of the back up codes you were given when you first set up two-factor authentication. Enter your login details as usual, and then click ‘use a back up code’. Once you’ve entered your back up code you’ll be able to use your account as usual or remove two-factor authentication from your account. You can set it up again at any time (using a new device if you need to).
