I’ve lost my back up codes – how do I log in using two-factor authentication?

If you don’t have access to the phone you used to set up two-factor authentication, and you’ve lost your back up codes, don’t panic – you can still access your account.

You just need to call our customer services team on 0345 54 32 600. They’ll be able to provide you with a login code, and they can disable two-factor authentication on your account for you. You can set it up again at any time.
