How can I close my AJ Bell Youinvest account?
If you're thinking about leaving, we'd be very sorry to see you go. If you're having any problems with your account or are unhappy with our service, please do get in touch – we'll do everything we can to help.
But if you're set on closing your account, just let us know. You can either log in to your account and send us a secure message, or contact our customer services team at email@example.com.
If you're within the first 30 days of opening your account, you can cancel your account by getting in touch with us in one of the two ways above. You can only cancel a SIPP within the first 30 days if you haven't made any investments in it.
