Sterling Energy's chair, two directors quit

Sterling Energy said non-executive chair Nicholas Clayton and non-executive directors Keith Henry and Malcolm Pattinson have resigned with immediate effect due to strategic differences on the future direction of the company.

CEO Eskil Jersing would assume the role of interim chair.

Michael Kroupeev remains on the board as a non-executive director. The company intends to appoint appropriately qualified replacement non-executive directors in due course.
