Assura issues shares at 10p each to fund medical centre acquisition

Primary care property investor Assura said it had issued 682,128 ordinary shares at 10 pence each to fund the acquisition of a medical centre.

Following the allotment of the new shares, it is expected that the total number of shares in issue will be about 2.67 million, the company said.
