Healthcare services provider UDG Healthcare said chairman Peter Gray was standing down in September 2020.
A selection process was currently underway to find his replacement. Gray had been serving in the role since 2012.
Another director, Nancy Miller-Rich, had also confirmed she was standing down, on 28 January. A search for her replacement had also commenced.
