Domino's Pizza said that chairman Stephen Hemsley would step down on 29 December.

Ian Bull, senior independent director, would step into the role of interim chairman until a permanent replacement was appointed.

'The search for a new chairman is progressing, and will be followed by the appointment of a new chief executive,' Domino's Pizza said.
