Accsys slashed losses in the first half of the year as revenue was boosted by 'strong' demand for its advanced wood products.

For the six months ended 30 September 2019, pre-tax losses narrowed to €1.6m €5.4m as revenue grew 39% to €44m

Revenue was driven by continued 'strong' demand from existing customers for its Accoya and Tricoya products - advanced wood products used in residential construction.

'The second half of the year has started well and we remain on track to deliver on full year expectations,' it added.
