Management Resource Solutions said it was continuing to negotiate the potential purchase of assets from Australian-based subsidiary MRS Services Group.
A second meeting of MRS Services Group creditors held today had been adjourned until 20 December.
'However the administrators have advised that they will continue the operations of the businesses only until the end of this month,' Management Resource Solutions said.
