Bushveld Minerals secures debt facilities from Nedbank

Vandium producer Bushveld Minerals said it had secured 375m South African rand, or about $25m, in debt facilities with Nedbank.

The financing came in the form of a R250m loan and a R125m revolving credit facility.

'The funding provides additional flexibility for our business as we advance strategic initiatives,' chief executive Fortune Mojapelo said.

'The company is committed to maintaining a conservative balance sheet and believes shareholders will benefit from the improved capital structure.'
