Jadestone Energy said it had formally submitted a field development plan for its Nam Du and U Minh gas fields offshore southwestern Vietnam.
The documents were lodged with state company Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, also known as Petrovietnam.
Approval from the Vietnam government was expected to received later this year, Jadestone Energy said.
