Self-storage group Big Yellow said it had received planning permission for its new store in Hove.
The store would provide 55,500 sq ft of net lettable area, including 4,700 sq ft of flexible office space.
The site was currently occupied until Summer 2020 and it was anticipated that construction would commence during the Autumn of 2020, with a view to the store opening in Spring 2022, the company said.
