DP Poland sees like-for-likes swing positive from March and sub-franchisees growing

Losses increased to £1.8m before taxation as revenue also declined from £6.95m to £6.89 in its interim results in the period ending 30 June 2019.

However, like for like sales went positive from March and came with a 1% increase in July and 8% in August. System sales also recorded growth in September.

Nick Donaldson, non-executive Chairman, said:

'DP Poland delivered continued expansion and growth in System Sales across both corporate stores and commissary during the first half of the year, notwithstanding the strong comparatives driven by TV advertising in January and February 2018.'

'March to June 2019 saw positive growth in both like-for-like System Sales and like-for-like order count. Pleasingly, System Sales growth has continued in July, August and September.'
