Target Healthcare REIT sees 1.5% dividend increase in 2020 financial year

Target Healthcare REIT posted an improved full-year performance, owing to an uplift in the value of its property portfolio.

The company's net asset value total return for the 12 months through June was 8.1%.

IFRS profit for the year rose 8.2% to £29.9m.

The company declared a full-year dividend of 6.579p, up 2% on-year.

It proposed a 1.5% increase for the 2020 financial year to 6.68p.
