VI Mining chairman Jide Zeitlin stands down; replaced with CEO David Sumner

Peru-focused miner VI Mining said that chairman Jide Zeitlin had stood down as a result of his other business commitments.

Chief executive David Sumner had been appointed chairman, with immediate effect.

He had been replaced as CEO by chief financial officer Allan Rowley, who would also hold onto his CFO responsibilities.
