Kibo Energy said Tanzanian subsidiary, Mbeya Power, was informed that its water rights, acquired during August last year, were successfully renewed ahead of schedule.
This ensured the certification remained valid and would allow the company to continue to use large quantities of water, a strategic commodity for the Mbeya project, specifically by the power station.
