Solo Oil said it had signed services agreements with Three60 Energy and NRG Well Management to provide it with operational capabilities.
There was no cost to the company associated with either agreement, though costs would be incurred as and when agreed activities were performed by either partner.
Three60 Energy provide a range of specialist support services throughout the full asset life-cycle, including subsurface, engineering and facilities management services.
NRG would provide engineering and project management solutions.
