Primary Health Properties completed developments in Wales, York

Primary Health Properties said it had reached practical completion on two developments from separate developers at Glynneath and Langwith, at a total cost of £6.4m.

The properties in Wales and York were let on 20-year leases to, respectively, the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board and the Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.

The company said its portfolio now consisted of 484 assets with a gross value of £2.35bn and contracted rent roll of just under £126m.
