Ferrexpo said it had appointed Mr. Vitalii Lisovenko as a senior independent director with immediate effect.
Mr Lisovenko, who joined the Ferrexpo Board in November 2016, was both Chairman of the Committee of Independent Directors and the Independent Review Committee, the company said. He was also a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
